Thermal past application (xeon cpu)

Hi everyone,

I have changed my xeon cpu thermal past and i appliyed it with pea method but its getting very hot when i launch a game after 20 seconds. i've tried 3 times and now i dont know what is the best method to apply it.
Can someone help me please.

Application methods vary by cooler type .... old but still relevant

im getting 85+ and it makes a big noise
