Hi, when I was removing the thermal paste from my CPU, some of the paste ended up between the CPU pins. I was using AMDs new wraith spire cooler with the pre-applied thermal paste. I do not know if it is made of el. conductive material, or not. Is it OK to leave it there, or I should rather remove it? If you suggest the latter option, how should I do it? I will add some pictures.

Solution
if it is not stuck directly on the pins, take something really thin like a credit card, or something even thinner, and tear off a really small (long and rectangular) piece of tissue and put it under the credit card or whatever, then drag it outwards to try to get the thermal paste off.
