[SOLVED] Thermal Paste on CPU

Does having a little thermal paste (just a little) on the CPU pins (CPU is a Ryzen 5 2600) affect it in any way? Is there any side effects that are noticeable?

The thermal paste could be electrically conductive. I would do everything I possibly could to get the thermal paste off the pins or risk frying your cpu.
