Hi,
recently I had to switch my fan and while I was removing the CPU for cleaning, a little bit of thermal paste got onto the socket. It covered about 2 holes and I removed it like shown in this video using a brush and alot of isopropanol 99,9%:

However, I am worried that the paste might only have dissolved and then ran into the holes. I was able to start the computer and it is now running for two days already. Is it possible that this will still cause issues in the future and if so is there a way to tell if there is a problem? The thermal paste was the one that came with AMD Ryzen 3.

Since it might help here are two videos I made with CPUID HWMonitor (too big for imgur)
when the PC is in idle more or less:

Under CPU stress test:

I hope someone can help me,
best wishes and happy new year!
