Thermal paste question

Ok, this might be a silly question but you guys/gals are better than company paid customer support so please bear with me.

I'm installing a Hyper Evo 212 on my kids gaming PC, its a straight forward install no issues. It comes with a little tube of thermal paste you obviously need for the install.

My question is, I still have some thermal paste from my Noctua I installed when I built my PC a few months ago. Comparing the two heat sinks the Noctua is a much much higher quality unit, its like comparing a Ferrari to a Camaro, would I be better off using the Noctua compound than the pack in Cooler Master?

Or it does it truly not matter?

And advice would be welcome, and thank you.

Solution
For the most part it doesn't matter. But from tests and reviews the NT-H1 from Noctua can give 1-2C better temps than other brands.

Thanks both of you for the replies.

I had a feeling it probably did not matter but possibly the Noctua paste was a little better, and thats the one I will use.

Happy Holidays and thanks again!
