I would not overclock past the stock boost clock with that low-end of a cooler. Temperatures will depend on how you configure the fan on the radiator.

i7 6700k, currently do not have the cpu, I am debating whether or not to reuse the cooler

I would not use it if you plan to overclock. A H80i or H100i is a better way to go to overclock.

It will be fine running stock overclock under a decent size load. Any extra over clocking and you should upgrade to a dual wide radiator system (240/280 mm radiator).

Deepcool captain 360's good? It has a 360mm radiator.

If your case can fit it, then go for it. I run a 4790k at 4.8GHz on the 280mm H110i GTX from Corsair. NZXT also is a good company. I don't have any experience with Deepcool, but read some reviews or watch a YT video.
