Question THERMAL PROBLEMS

Hi, i have asus gl503 i7 7700hq, gtx 1060 and 8 gb ram and i think my cpu thermal throttling at (i think) low temp 87 celsius. Its very bad, cuz every time im playing witcher 3 i have every 5-10 mins fps drop from 60 fps to 20 till my laptom gets 55 celsius. This happening again and again.
