i was wondering, how does V1 performes on side of the similar prices HSF, cause i have one and i would like to OC does will it be enought?

By the way, does anyone know which end of the fan is the intake and which one is the exhaust? I think someone said the end with the wires extruding is the exhaust, can anyone confirm?
