Thermal tape on motherboard heatsink? ASAP HELP PLEASE.

So I got all my parts but not the case yet so I made a test bench, yay cool, worked, but, When I removed everything off of the motherboard and wanted to put it back in the anti static bag, I held my msi z87 GD65 from the top heatsink and I heard a crack...or an unclip, not a snap though, so I look at the bottom and I see the thermal tape ON and all good but on corner is pointing up like as if i barreelllly removed a bit of it from the Heat sink...Problem? Thanks

or was it thermal tape? IT WAS sticky though, IT LOOKED sticky but I didnt touch it. THE HEATSINK IS NOT LOOSE btw.
