Looking for a good cpu cooler since the temperature of my core is 43Celcius at idle and 55+ on load.

That brand is not available in my country so i'll have to pass on those.....btw i have a micro-ATX motherboard will those heat sinks fit without hitting anything else

Do not get either. Your idle and load temps are fine. No need for a new cooler.

If I overclock my current processor at 3.2 Ghz to 2.4 Ghz will the temperatures increase ??? There wont be any incrase in fsb just the multiplier since i have a black edtion processor ??

A very slight increase is to be expected. A degree or two at load.
