What fan should i put on the TRUE? I have to add a fan, as it doesn't come with one.
So, i have 2 questions:


what is the best fan for performance & price (120mm)?

and

what thermal paste should i use between CPU and cooler?



btw, going to use:
i7 OCed to 3.8
gigabyte ex58 ud4
nzxt tempest

I installed two Scythe S-Flex SSF-21F, 1,600 rpm fans in a push-pull configuration on mine. Results were excellent.

will 2 be overkill, and will 1 be enough?
or is it worth getting 2 less overkill ones...

I'm using a single S-Flex SSF21-F. I chose the "F" as a good compromise between airflow and noise. newegg sell "D" through "G" models.

My temps in an Antec 900 case, fans set to LOW were:
Q6600 and Q9550 idling around 30 - 35 C.
Q6600 OC'd to 3.6 GHz. load temps 61C - 65 C.
Q9550 OC'd to 3.6 GHz. load temps 58C - 61 C.

whats the difference between core2 quad and i7 temps normally tho?
