Thermaltake 120 extreme good fan?

Your second 2 links are broken. The first one you listed is a very good performing one but the noise would be unbearable to someone like me. For a compromise look at one of the Scythe S-Flex models. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185006&Tpk=scythe%2 bs-flex

This should give you plenty of performance with low noise.
If you want some of the best performing fans for their noise then the Sharkoon Silent Eagle "Golf Ball" 2000 is the best fan to get.
You can only really find them here

Unfortunately it is not, bar none, here is a comprehensive test of 26 120mm fans, in open air or on a radiator. As you can see different fans win in different areas. As you can see the Sharkoon Silent Eagle 2000 (Golf Ball) is one of the best medium fans in the group for cfm and noise. I choce the medium because it offers a balance between noise and very good cfm.

If you don't know a whole lot about Xtremesystems.org then get to some reading, because those are the guys that actually test computer equipment day in and day out. They stress their setups to the highest potential, discovering more flaws or benefits no one would here. Swiftech's CEO is even a member there and because of their influence he is releasing a new waterblock with a copper top.
