Thermaltake 630 psu

Hello All,

Just curious i got a thermaltake 630 watt, i got some power issue in my home, I want to know from the experts that how much that PSU can withstand voltage. i think for couple of hours my voltage was like 260-300..Normally its 220.
Altho now my pc is running fine but want to clears doubts that should i change my psu or its fine taking that much hit.

The smart series uses cheaper components specifically capacitors. There are not a psu id spend money on. However with the input voltage hitting 300v im surprised it hasnt fried yet, even with a high quality psu id be worried. You should definitely invest in the power conditioner.


Please explain what do you mean by avoid it, yes its Smart. Its working fine so should i shutdown my pc ? and not use it until changing psu, hence i recently bought it 4 months ago and i dont think the shopkeeper will take it without any solid reason. Please explain you made me worried 🙁
