Question Thermaltake AIO so Loud. Why?

I shake the radiator and I felt there is water in it but when I turn it on I can't hear any water flowing in the hose and in the pump. And the pump noise is so loud like hair drier. Is it broke?

Any chance you can take video and then link it?

But if the AIO is making alot of noise I would suggest either taking it back to the store if its new, or contact Thermaltake for a replacement.
