Thermaltake decided to introduce RGB lighting to highly affordable PSUs as well, featuring the entry level 80 PLUS certification. It looks weird to spend money on RGB in such low-end PSUs, but apparently this makes sense to marketing departments.

It doesn't look like those caps are Teapo, Aris - more like Capxon GF.
The OEM is "Jinzhou Yang Guang Power Supply Co. Ltd". They have made some other series for Thermaltake for Chinese market in the past, and also for Segotep when they didn't have their own factory. I think they are related to Yue Lin or Hui Cheng, but don't have exact info.
