This list provides a good guide:

The Seasonic M12II-520 is tier 2 class A, which is very good.
This supply has a +12V rating of 40A.
The Seasonic M12II-620 is very similar, rated at 48A.

The Seasonic M12II 520W is plenty for your current system.
Your current video card is rated at 145W.
If looking at future proofing, you could easily run a 200W video card on this supply.
If you wanted to allow a 250W video card in the future, I would recommend the Seasonic M12II 620W.
Thermaltake toughpower units over 600W are good.
Many other Thermaltake supplies are rubbish.
The power supply you have mentioned does not look good from reviews.

Chances are you don't need a 730W supply and can get a much better quality unit with a lower rating.
What graphics card and CPU are you using?

i was really looking forward to buy the smart SE but those reviews stopped me and thought of buying it cause other 700+w here in our country are expensive. zotac gtx 970 and an i5 4690. aint ocing them tho

This a 145W graphics card and a 88W CPU.
Alllowing for over clocking and reasonable loading on the power supply, a 500W supply would still be plenty.
If you did want a 750W model, get the EVGA Supernova B2 750.
Any of these would be fine too:
Any XFX 550W or 650W supply
Rosewill Capstone 550
Antec HCG 520 or 620 (with or without an M on the end)
