Thermaltake Commander case, red blinking lights!

This question is not to be confused with a question about adding LED's to my pc. But rather the red light thats been flashing on and off throughout the past few days. I've looked and the plastic mold right above the light looks like a tiny trash can? I've looked at the thermaltake manuel and page for this but I guess I'm just not having any luck. Thanks!

its constantly blinking, is this good or bad?

yeah it will do--when its blinking stuff is being written to the hard drive

its perfectly fine and meant to do it

its when it stays solid for too long(over like 5 minutes) and your pc starts going slow you worry--the faster it blinks the more stuff being written/read and it goes solid if drive is being maxed out
