Thermaltake Element V Chassis Fans not working

Hi,

I have recently had to replace my power supply in my Thermaltake element V PC Chassis, Since doing this the PC boots up fine, the cpu fan is fine but none of the case fans are working, As far as i can see everything is plugged in, has anyone got any suggestions on what i might of missed.

Does that case have a fan speed controller on it? If so, are you using the controller or do you have the fans plugged directly into the PSU Molex connector(s)?
