Thermaltake floe riing RGB not working

Hi guys,

(Sorry repost as can't seem to make edits)

I got the thermaltake floe riing 360mm AIO and I can't get the rgb to work. The pump works, the fans work but the rgb doesn't. I've tried both internal usb connectors, both micro USB connectors in the controller, double checked the molex connection but the software doesn't recognise anything and I'm out of ideas.

I have a Asus Maximus X hero and intel 8700k.

I just got the floe riing 360mm AIO cooler and I can't get the rgb to work. The cooler works the fans work but no rgb and the software isn't recognising anything.
