Thermaltake Litepower 650w for R9 390

I have a Thermaltake Litepower 650W PSU. Can it run my new Gigabyte R9 390 until I buy a new one.

I wouldn't rely on that PSU long term. You want something quite a bit stronger. When it comes to PSUs, quality matters much more than quantity. A quality 650W unit like an EVGA G2 will be a much better PSU in the long run than that Thermaltake unit.
