thermaltake MK-I fans not working

I have recently finished a build with the Thermaltake chaser MK-I. I cannot seem to get the 200mm fans to work. I have tried everything I can think of to get the fans working....including plugging the connectors directly into the motherboard (Gigabyte GA-Z97x-soc force)....they did not work. I cannot seem to get this molex connector to work right or im doing something wrong....any help would be appreciated

If the Fan isn't working it might be broken, contact Thermaltake about it or buy a new fan .

I considered that, however, I thought the odds of both 200mm fams being faulty to be low so I assumed that im doing something wrong.
