Thermaltake nic c5 or dark rock 3

I debating on whether to buy the thermaltake nic c5 or the dark rock 3 paired with a i5 4670k and a asus maximus hero mobo. sound from thermaltake in reviews nearly double that of dark rock 3, yet the temp difference is only a few degrees. is the difference worth to extra noise? and which one has the better quality?

Don't forget that the Dark Rock 3 looks bad*ss; especially if you have a side panel window. Plus, it also has a larger surface area than the NiC C5 if you want to run it fanless for pure silence
