Thermaltake Poseidon Z blue switches windows keys not working

I just got the keyboard today and the Windows key, ALT key and CTRL key do not work at all. Please help!

probably a disable windows key button on it somewhere

look near the top of keyboard for a button that might have a padlock icon on it

though usually it only disables the windows key not ctrl and alt

havent got more than one keyboard connected at same time?

if not try it in safe mode does it work then?
