hi!is it worthy to keep my thermaltake litepower 700w psu for my new zotac gtx980ti amp 6gb?i have this psu since 2011 and the warranty is over.also,whats the best ande cheapest ups and psu for a system like that,including i5-6500, 16 ddr4 ram,250 gb ssd, z1 170 asus pro gaming motherboard,1 tb sata?thanks!

I wouldn't trust it with a 980ti, even if the PSU was brand new. Protect your componments and invest isn a quality PSU.

i will buy the gtx980ti with an ups, and after a month i will also buy a psu from ur suggested ones.is that ok?even if i am so unlucky and the psu corrupts in the following month,the ups will protect my system,right?

no, the ups is for outside power issues


a psu goes, a ups is doing nothing to protect anything


buy a new power supply first
