Thermaltake Smart 630W for gtx 970

Hi,

My specs:
Core i5 4690k
Asus Vanguard B85
2 x 8 GB DDR3 1600 Bus
500 GB HDD
MSI GTX 970 4G (Gaming - Not OC)

I am finding tough time to manage a good PSU within my budget and was wondering whether Thermaltake Smart 630W PSU would be enough for the rig or not?

I know its in Tier 4 of the PSU quality list, but the GPU requires 500W and the PSU is already 630W.

Would it work?

I have no plan for overclocking any of my rig items.

the thread is about R9 series..Mine is a Nvidia GTX 970
