Question Thermaltake Smart PSU, a question

Before I even start, I KNOW this is a cheap PSU, and I am aware there are better ones out there. Please don't lecture me about this budget decision because I already know. Not trying to be snarky, just don't waste your time telling me what a bad decision it is. I am fully aware and did so because of reasons.

I don't recall these power supplies coming with the black "flat" harness wires rather than ketchup and mustard inside a sleeve. Have I just forgotten, or they have always been this way? If not, when did they change?

The Smart's came in various variants, the 24pin came with colored wires and then an SE version had all black wires on them. They were also flat cables. I had to deal with a few builds, where the PSU had to replaced and in doing so some other parts, since it fried the client's motherboard and discrete GPU, even though the GPU was a GT730.

Good luck with that PSU of yours!
