is Thermaltake Smart Standard 750W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply good enough for XFX
AMD Radeon R9 280X Double Dissipation Edition 3gb ??

Solution
Not really good enough for a gaming system. Made with cheap parts.

Edit: After further evaluation, the newer 80+ bronze series, now with japanese capacitors, appear to be better quality versions of the smart series and can be recommended as decent quality units.
Yes it should be although most Thermaltake power supplies are low quality.

Edit: The newer 80 Plus Bronze units are fairly decent. They would likely be in tier 3 in the list in my sig. Not as bad as previous models.

Well it's an incorrect answer but if it's best for you that's fine.

The Smart 750w 80 Plus Bronze is made by CWT and should be just like any other of dozens of 80 Plus Bronze CWT built models. Not great but sufficient. And since you only need a 600w unit with an R9 280X you would not be stressing it at all.
