Thermaltake Theron cursor twitching/shaking

Hello I've had this thermaltake theron mouse for sometime now, but lately the cursor has been shaking very frequently. The shaking is not like shaking across the bottom to the top of the screen but it's enough to mess me up when playing CSGO and trying to shoot and stuff. I've tried leaning the censor, cleaning my mousepad, flipping the mouse upside down and seeing if it still shakes and it still does. Could it be a software problem and I need to update drivers? I've looked on their website and they haven't updated the software for this mouse in a long time. Or could it be a hardware problem and I should just buy a new one? I've tried plugging the USB into another port and it has the same problem. Also tried to plug the mouse into my laptop and the problem persists.

Sounds like capaitor/component aging and its time to replace the mouse to me.
