Thermaltake Toughpower 650w for GTX 970

Hi guys,

Following is my rig and I have ordered a GTX 970 to add on,

Intel Core i5 4690k (Devil's canyon)
16 GB 1600 BUS DDR3
GTX 970

I have already ordered the following PSU after checking the PSU tier list,

Would it be good enough for my rig and GTX 970?

No OC for CPU and GPU btw.

650w 80 Plus Gold is more than adequate for a single GTX 970.
