Hi everyone first off all sorry for my poor English. I have just registered to toms hardware

2 weeks ago i bought a new brand thermaltake toughpower grand 750W rgb full modular psu . Actually i have no problem with it but while installing it to my case i have noticed that it only two pci-e outs has ( It's a 12V single rail psu ) Becase of unsatisfying number of pci-e outs i am regretful about this purchase and think about to change it with an other . I have a msi gtx 970 4G and connected only one out with my gpu and it works properly ( should i use two different outs with two different pci-e cables for a better performance or it doesn't matter with single rail featured psu ) . I am planning SLI for the future .On the official thermaltake web page there is no information about multi gpu support with this psu. Is it compatible for SLI and crossfire ? In this situation SLI means i have to use only one pci-e out for one gpu. For an other power supply unit i am planning seasonic focus plus gold 750W or 850W maybe 1000W ( with 4 or more pc-ie outs) or do you suggest me an other (e.g evga , corsair... )
Thanks for replies

Yes up to about 225 watts of power draw for the card, the manual that came with the power supply should of told you this.

Please don't tell me anything about jonnyguru , this is why i have created this thread On jonnyguru reviews mine has 8.8 total score seasonic has 9.6 🙁 And i am a hardware freak but also a hasty person :)

Both are good psu's, that 0.8 diff is nothing.

Yes but when it's necessary you can find 2 more seasonic cables. But i have just read jonnyguru psu guide and it say's '' usualy they are splitted 12V outs that actually same rail'' some 1000W or higer models have seperated 12V rails.
Finally there is no big differences between thermaltake and seasonic but still i wish i had bought seasonic with 4 different outs

On a personal not I would not buy a Thermaltake anything.
3 PC's in my house mine has a Seasonic, my wife has a Antec made by Seasonic and my son has a Corsair made by Seasonic.

Having 2 connectors on one cable is about the norm these days since the newer cards are not like the old power hogs.
