I have given the mentioned PSU (Thermaltake TR2 500W), it is working fine, the only problem is the PSU cable connector, it seems that was stressed, it was working at max therefore the look of it. It. I am thinking, to fix it, to try to replace the connector.
I have a spare modular cable from AX760, I am thinking of three choices,

  1. To extract each pin and buy a new connector.
  2. Cut the modular cable and solder each wire to its own location.
  3. Bin it.
What do you guys think?
Thanks.

Solution
buy a new psu, before everything in your build becomes that color. You can clearly see the psu is not good.I would suggest something with the same wattage, but with a 80+ certifcation, and please buy it form a well reviewed and trusted brand.
PLEASE remove it before you start a fire.

Thanks for replies, well, it was not mine, a friend of mine had it, imagine how stressed was, 4 hdds, Q9650, Graphic card....personally I have never seen a PSU connector in such condition.
I will remove the fan and bin it.
