Hi, so i bought thermal take riing premium plus fans, these :https://www.amazon.com/Thermaltake-Premium-Software-Radiator-CL-F056-PL14SW/dp/B06XKBKYCQ/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1541457947&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=thermaltake+premium+plus&psc=1

When i got them the power connector was broken, and you cant purchase it individually and i bought them refurbished from a third party seller so there was no way for me to get the connector. Thus i bought a whole new controller thats slightly different than the one that comes with the fans but is suppose to function the same: https://www.amazon.com/Thermaltake-Addressable-Controller-Compatible-CL-O015-PL00BL/dp/B079FYL6LM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1541458038&sr=8-1&keywords=thermaltake+sync+controller

Now i got the fans to work but, they seem to be running really slow, and only the ring is lighting up, not the blades like in the picture. along with this, when i try to use the thermaltake software it says controller not found.

I can controll the color in gigabyte auorus software but i want to be able to control the fans rpm, and the blades to glow or light up.

Solution
Those TT fans only have LED at the outside, making blades themselves to lit up impossible. Though, what you can get is LED reflection from the black fan blades,

As far as the LED controller box goes, "slightly different" doesn't cut it when it isn't made by Thermaltake and/or specifically for these fans. Though, here are few fixes you can try to get your controller recognized by TT software,

Also, since you bought your fans from 3rd party, there's no telling if the fans themselves are good without issues. Which brings to the question why did the seller sold those TT fans in the first...
