Im running the setup that came with the case, 200mm fan in the front for intake and a 120mm fan in the rear as exhaust. My specs are as follows: Ryzen 7 2700x, GTX 1070TI, 32gb DDR4, Two SSDS.

My idle temp is around 35 celcius but 40-45ish when my room is hot. When under load playing games the temps usually don't reach above 60-65c. However Borderlands 3 recently released on steam and things have changed and on medium settings im at 75 celcius constantly.

Now I don't know jack about installing fans, especially on this case I wouldnt know where to put them. I am special pls help. Ive even thought about buying a new case maybe a mid tower with pre installed fans - ive seen some nice ones. Please help me.

Solution
75C is still fine and far from dangerous.

Motherboard orientation(vertical):
Stock fans aside, I would suggest adding only one 120mm fan at the top, towards the rear. Anywhere else is likely to be detrimental.

Motherboard orientation(horizontal):
Stock fans aside, this one's a tough call for an air cooled setup. I feel that this one's more flexible with liquid cooled setups.
For one, air cooled gpus will do terribly on temps being that close to a solid side panel.

You've probably considered bottom fan intakes, but the problem is, the case's feet simply aren't tall enough; the gap is too small. The available air intake from there is low, and the weakest of all the others.
You would have to run the bottom fan(s) higher, and thus...

You would have to run the bottom fan(s) higher, and thus louder, than the other case intake(s) and the airflow would still be weaker than the latter.
Better off skipping it.
