Question Thermaltake View 71 RGB Case

Where do the case's fan cable go on my B350-F motherboard? I tried the USB connector, both of them actually, and fans still don't work. The fan cable has a female connector, it's a 5 and 4 pin connector, as far as I can see only the USB connectors have this configuration. The case is brand New also. Need help with this, thanks

Yes and 8 need to know where that plugs into also but that is a separate cable, where does the fan cable go on my motherboard?
