Hello whoever reads this, yesterday i bought my first keyboard, the Thermaltake X1 rgb mech gaming keyboard, Since last night I've been trying to get the damn software working, I have tried a lot of things, reinstalling the 2015 redist package, updating the firmware of the keyboard and updating the program, all help is appreciated.
If this can't be fixed I'm going to file a warranty claim and get a full refund since I didn't get what I paid for
