Hi there. My thermaltake XIII just came in today. I was looking forward to using the fan speed controller, but for some reason its not working. I am using two fans that came with the case, and two smart fans II's . Each fan is plugged into Fan1, fan2 ect, and the cable labeled "to power suply" has been pluged in. I get LCD reading of my temp., but i cannot control the speed of ANY fans. PLease help !

Umm, No experience of this particular case, but whereabouts are the switches/knobs which control the speed wired in? I guess it should be something like [Power] -> [Switch] -> [Fan] -> [Fan Header on mobo]
I would assume that all the fans plug into the panel with the switches on somehow, and then that has wires that plug into the fan headers (this would only be necessary so Applications can read fan speed)...

If you've just plugged the fans all straight into the FAN headers on the mobo, you won't be able to adjust them. Did the case not come with some instructions - I know they're probably in taiwanese or something  , but there might be diagram....

HTH, but like I said, no experience of that particular case tho.

$hit Happens. I just wish it would happen to someone else for a change.
