Do these guys have a phone # you can reach them at? Tried to email them several times and no response. I need a new temp probe for my V2000 case. (tried the 909-598-0098 number and it is no good). Thx

That's odd. One thing I was very impressed with Thermaltake was their speed in email response. I emailed them several times (http://www.thermaltake.com/contact/support.asp) with a few questions regarding setting up a VA9000BWS case. In every circumstance I got a response within 3-5 minutes. Almost felt like I was using an IM program! This was at various hours during the day, PST.
