thers no network adapters listed....pls is there any other way

network adapters is not listed..... this happens (wifi not detected) just aftert i install windows 8 on my laptop. is there any other way i can restore my wifi ?

Did you install the drivers for your wifi and switch it on if your laptop has an on/off switch or function key toggle ?

yes, theres a switch, but i pressed it hundred of times.... my laptop is just a few month old... i dont think the switch is the problem because theres no wireless adapter... how can i get one?

You need to install the drivers for the wifi card in your machine. In many cases the manufacture has a cd included with the machine. If not you are going to have to find a way to download them from the manufacture site and transfer them to your laptop using physical media.
