thesew three things me gonna buy and the stuff i already have is

GPU-Sapphire HD 5750
HDD-1 tb seagate 7200 rpm 32 mb cache
CPU-Amd altholon x2 5400+
mobo-ASUS m2n-cm-dvi
RAM-2gb

Plz tell me that these things are right for my PC...And i dont know much about motherboard but i wanna get cheap and good things

Your gaming performance isn't going to be improved much, it's mostly the GPU that matters. Maybe get 4GB of RAM and keep your old hard drive to try and get a better GPU or at least an AM3+ motherboard so it is compatible with new CPU's.

CPU-Amd altholon x2 5400+ upgrade to a processor Amd phenom x4 955 will make a visible difference. The 5750 is not bad if you have a small monitor. Agree with JMSELLARS1 that you'll want to do video if you are pushing more than a 15in LCD (assuming this PC is for gaming).

Aside, if you are not already using ATI/AMD's build in overclock for your 5750, then use it. It comes in the stock ATI device driver, you just need to turn it on. http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/overclock-ati-video-card-ati-overdrive/

i cant afford a new graphics card plz tell me about motherboard is this good or not and i dont need good chipset in mobo cause me having graphics card and 2 ram slots can work out.And i dont need am3+ support cause i will only use phenom 955.

760G chipset is so old, if you wanna get phenom 955 it's okay but upgrade your Mobo to the AM3+ socket as suggested and get a 8Gb DDR3 1333 MHz RAM and a better GPU, and this will be considered as a gaming rig

You can find an inexpensive AM3+ 760G motherboard for that price.

The upgrade from the X2 5400+ to the PhII 955BE is a substantial bump --- but the X2 5400+ is still quite a decent chip (especially if it is a Brisbane 65w G2 stepping). It is a drop-in replacement for quite a number of older Dell desktops with single-core early AM2 Sempys.

Me living in indian and this mobo is cheap there thats y i was getting this mobo and me wanna upgrade cause it giving me low performance in games i think its called bottelneck i m not sure about it o_0.Cause increasing graphics in games doest low my fps niether decreasing graphics doesnt give boost to fps.

Cut to 4 gigs of RAM unless you really need that much and have a 64 bits OS and check if you really need the 2 TB hdd. Use the extra cash to get at least a HD 5770 or 6770 or even better, a 6850. That will improve your gameplay a lot over the 5750.
