These good specs?

I was wandering if these specs are a good sub $1000 build (the total would be $978.19, not including shipping) and if it would give me my moneys worth. I am a first time builder. would consider windows 8.1 it is more optimized for games and you will get better fps

Should run all very demanding games at medium and lesser demanding games at high at 1080p. Should easily max minecraft.

Motherboard is not the best quality.
I would spend less on mouse and keyboard and upgrade the GPU to a 270x.

Could you possibly recommend a new motherboard for about the same price? ($80)

Unfortunately most quality AMD boards sit around the $100. The board you picked isn't bad, but I would not do any big overclocking on it or anything like that.

Oh OK I didn't plan on overclocking anyways, at least not soon, especially since I don't know exactly what it is xD
