These parts compatible with each other?

GPU: EVGA GTX 750TI Standard
CPU: AMD FX4300
Motherboard: AMD 760G Chipset
PSU: 300W (On evga's website it says the gpu only needs 300w)

Yes, but I would recommend a 970 motherboard for that CPU, as well as a higher power supply as i'm guessing it is not very high quality. Are you building a PC? If so what is your budget?

According to this calculator the entire system would pull under 300w @ 235w currently with just the CPU, Motherboard and GPU not regarding anything else like sound cards, hdds and dvd drives.

Recommended for that system including those extras would be 500w EVGA according to that site as they will be compensating a little for those to be safe.

Wouldn't go below Tier 3 for your system. Some people wouldn't advise a tier 3 but your system wont putting the PSU through it's paces so depending on Tier level, 450w would be minimum from a Tier 3 for your system.
