These specs alright for a budget build for 720-1080p high settings?
Intel g4560 pentium
GeForce 750ti / low profile 1050
16gb 3000mhz ddr4
Asrock H-270m mini itx board
Evga 500 watt bronze psu

Solution

G4560 will work fine with a GTX 1060 3GB/RX 570 4GB in most cases.

You seem keen on getting 3000Mhz memory. Mind that H270/B250 does not support RAM speeds higher than 2400 Mhz.

It would work.

But you would get a lot more out of your money if you lowered your RAM to 8GB and motherboard to B250.

This way you would be able to afford a much better graphics card, and see much better performance at 1080p gaming (don't even think about 720p).

i found a single stick of 8gb 3000mhz ddr4 for about $60, so i probably could get a 1060 3gb, would that have any bottleneck with the g4560 though?

Nope, you shouldnt run into any bottlenecks. The g4560 is quite a capable little chip
