Hey guys
I removed the processor fan of i5 4440
And can I put back the fan or will it end burning my i5

Fan or the entire heatsink ? As there's s no paste on the fan itself

You want to carefully clean off the old thermal paste with isopropyl alcohol (buy at local drug store). I like to dip cue tips, make sure they are not too wet, and go over the fan heatsink/cpu until its dry. Once its dry apply a rice sized drop of thermal paste in the center of the cpu and re-seat the heatsink/fan on top.
