They are touching themselves

I got a noctua who s touching only one of my videocard heatsink screws
I booted up but is it ok for the long run ?

I'm sorry, I do not understand your question. Your CPU cooler is touching a screw on your video card? I would put a piece of electrical tape between them just in case, but they are both most likely Ground.
If that is not an accurate description, please describe your question a little more. Thanks.

i ll post a picture later, i m trying to install windows 8 on the harddrive that has another windows 8...mobo change by making a separate partition and making the windows one hidden... ain t sure if i ll just format the existing one

I can rotate the cpu cooler 90 degrees but i don t know what airflow i ll get by doing this

it s a noctua nh u12p, a i3 dual, a asrock h61m and 8gigs of xms3 all this around 150$

That is just the screw that holds the GPU heatsink in. Should be fine to have those touching. Going to be a little heat transfer though.

That is a massive cooler to go with. Is that a Core 2 Quad or something down there?

Yes install a little piece of non conductive material between the two... Should be OK.

i also put the case so you can get an idea of the airflow ...because i don t have one)
yes there is a cooler under the hddrives, hdd's that are suspended on elastic. i just sold the last cooler that was suspended on rubber bands in front of the hdds. beats every silent mod i ve ever seen

ok i approached it differently, i put the screw there(second img)..and let the card somewhat freely, in its natural position tho
i've taken one hdd out and give'd it more air to breathe
and i put the a fan that was laying in my drawer to work like in a real pc case😀
