I am happy to announce that I'm back from my 2 week holiday and have just sent in my FW-blocked update which is hopefully the crucial one to overtake team 10002.

Just my way of saying glad you're back. I was wondering ( along with some of the others) what had happened to you. Hope you had a great time.

Would almost be a shame since I just got my hugely powerful Duron 1400 system at work repaired. It's been out of action for a week or so. My points were set to triple at least, but there's just no point now... :eek:

Yea...I've got a similar issue...My Athlon 366 is just about to finish it's first fold! As soon as it finishes, i'm sure the performance is going to bust out! I've heard those 366's are just awesome at this stuff!

...it's too bad it's like 3 months past the deadline for the fold or i'd be getting killer pts for that one.

somehow I feel kind of empty now...
I think I'll just do that: wait until we've got 4 m points, make a screenshot and call it a day! (and what a day at that: I've just returned from divin in Egypt, sent in my updates, slept a little and gone off to a wedding party of one of my oldest friends... -- after staying in a muslim country for 2 weeks going straight to a wedding party, which in Austria, at least with all the friends I know, goes along with a sustained period of serious alcohol abuse [apricot "schnapps": wedding's special filling {ie moonshine} - aargh], means I changed back to my old life-style real quick!)

now I'm to drunk to sleep... (that may explain part of that empty feeling I'm experiencing..)

I don't get this folding thing. I've gotten between 41 and 100 credits per unit and my last one gave me zero. WTF?!

If you want the big point units, you have to enable the receipt of 5mb or larger units, under configure, connection.
F@H usually updates on the hour, though if it's having trouble finding the server that sent out the unit, it has to wait.
The AU-OCers sight gets updated every 3 hours, so results are a little slower that way.
I should have got 1900 points on the last update. It should be there any minute now.

I know, the WU's lately are crap. 40 and 44 point units are horrible. Also, it seems like my A64 3200+ isn't any faster than my Athlon XP 3000+. I dunno. Maybe its the GROMACS core. I HATE that core. AMBER cores seem to run good on the AMD chips. Even tinker's aren't too bad.

hey, look at my <A HREF="http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/user_summary.php?s=&u=120297" target="_new">24h Average</A> (@EOC-Stats)! now (10.05.05, 9am CDT - Time Now: 11:06am) it's at some unbelievable 2,019 points which if you compare it to the actual points, I've made this week, is highly unfair! this leads me to believe that the 24h average is calculated on a weekly basis, which will make mine drop sharply after thursday night as that was the time, I sent in the first of the large updates after my holiday!
so, for another 24 hours or so, my daily average should be closer to sjonnies than it ever was nor will be (unfortunately) ;-) cheers!
