Thicker radiator or Push and Pull?

The bottom of my case has 90mm of clearance.

Would it be better to have a 40mm thick radiator in a push and pull set up. or a 65mm radiator in only pull?

Which would give better temps?

The 65mm is slightly better for cooling.
