Thin, cheap and powerful(ish)

My laptop died a few days ago and I've been on the search for a laptop but I'm being kind of picky.

I want something thin and light, but at the same time I want something powerful (light gaming, 480p low settings at 40 fps is fine) and I want it to be fast.

Under $500 is very preferable but I can extend if it's truly what I want.

I was thinking an i3/amd a8 or a10 and upgrade to an 240gb ssd. with 11.6-14 screen size is perfect. If you find a pentium that's thin, light and isn't a chromebook it's an option as well. Ram isn't an issue, have an 8GB stick from my old laptop I'll throw in it if it isn't already 8gb
