Question Thin horizontal lines across the whole screen

Hi! Recenty bought myself a laptop and I noticed these thin lines running across the whole display. See here. I've alredy taken a screenshot and took a look at it through my phone, no such lines visible there. Any ideas? Laptop - MSI GS65 Stealth
Also, they are noticable only on particular colors.

Doesn't look like the monitor is running at it's native resolution to me.

It's running in native, 1920x1080. And what do you mean by LG? If laptops brand it is an MSI laptop, GS65 stealth thin 8rf specifically

Are those lines there when you are in the Bios?

Yes, they are. I'm pretty sure its the displays fault, because i connected my laptop to an external monitor and there were no lines on it.
