After having a 60 hz dual monitor setup and using flux with it for a while I was told to upgrade to a 165 hz monitor for my main monitor (for gaming)

I just tried 2 different brand new 165 hz monitors and both had seperate issues while I was running flux and mind you i was messing with all settings, looking up fixes etc, couldn't find a fix other than just shutting off flux completely:

The first monitor i bought (Viewsonic): The screen was a really abnormal yellow tint, really annoying so i returned it (Yellow tint went away when turning off flux but this tint was way different than how the usual yellow tint im used to was)

Second monitor I bought (Samsung), the screen doesn't have the issues of the first monitor but it has another issue completely which I'm wondering if you guys have any solutions for: Whenever I move my mouse (ontop of a dark background) or scroll down on a page that's got a dark background with white text, while moving, the white text or white mouse turn yellow...Turning off flux gets rid of this but without flux i'll literally die... X_X....I tried updating flux, driver, etc, nothing has fixed it

If turning off Flux fixes the issue, the issues is with the Flux software. Have you tried there support page? Note that the software hasn't been updated since June 2021 and may not be able to handle the higher refresh rates on the newer monitors

The only suggestion I have is as follows:

Check Ease of Access - Mouse Pointer.
Check Ease of Access - Colour Filters (defaultl is off).
Check Ease of Access -High Contrast (defaultl is off).

If they are at defaults and it still doesn't display right -

Uninstall Flux (you can re-install it later)
Reset your Video Card back to defaults - (Since you are unsure of what you changed)
Set Windows Color to Off
Set Windows HD Color to Off
Set Windows Graphics Setting to Off
Check Windows Advanced Display Settings Refresh Rate for each monitor
Look for any other color setting you may have modified.
Set Monitor OCDs back to default (if you touched them)

Restart the system and see if the issue is still present.

If the issue is still present, the you may have to do a Clean Install - Make sure to have your data backup.

If the issue is gone, slowly reset the video display (change one item at a time and look for issues)

Re-Install the Flux Software last to rule it being a cause.
