Things to check before changing a graphics card

What are the other things that i should check in my prebuild pc before changing the gpu except in psu,cpu, motherboard and case cause i already checked them

Check for and download best drivers available for new card, make them readily available and uninstall old drivers just before switching cards. You can use http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html to uninstall and clean up remnants of old drivers.
